As long as your game is updated, it’ll be ready for you and your friends to enjoy. From there, select Seasonal Updates and it will take you to the seasonal map.

According to the official Overcooked patch notes, the latest update brings some minor fixes and changes. One, for example, features parade floats coming through the kitchen’s center. There are also new hazards like fireworks and confetti. There are five new levels to play, each with their mechanics centered around the summer theme. It includes two new canine chefs, summery recipes, five new levels, and kitchens on top of parade floats. Sun’s Out, Buns Out takes Overcooked 2 in a more festive, summer styled direction. This completely free update will add 10 new levels to Overcooked: All You Can Eat spread across three distinct biomes (Baked Bazaar, Metro Mash, and Pepper Plaza). The update is joined by a trailer released today, showing off everything you can expect to find while serving dishes up.

It’s known as Sun’s Out, Buns Out, and is available for PC with console versions coming later this month. Today, the teams at Team17 and Ghost Town Games are happy to announce that their latest free update is available now. These are of course joined by regular DLC, but having that extra free content is always welcome. We saw it during the winter with the Winter Wonderland update and several other places. It’s almost a tradition at this point that Overcooked 2 gets a free update each season, bringing in new content for players to enjoy. Expect an update on the delayed update for Overcooked 2 on Xbox One as soon as more information is shared.
